Unfortunately, there aren't many kits availalble anymore. Helios is a company from the UK that has a nice kit. It comes with a basic complimentary guide.  Available on their website and Amazon.

Sucrose based pellets are the most common form of homeopathic medicine you will likely find. However, Hylands brand of cells salts are a lactose based pellet. It is often compared to the texture of candy cigarettes or chalky. Most people aren't bothered by the texture, taste or lactose content, but some are. If this is you, know I have sucrose based cell salts available, for those interested.

Schüssler's cell salts (aka tissue salts or biochemic salts).
Cell salts are typically one of the first things we grab, especially for acute illnesses, in my house. We use them to support the body on a cellular level to keep cells working as efficiently as possible by replenishing minerals or eliminating excess minerals that the body may have.

It is a nice idea....but highly discouraged. Essentially, this is like taking a 6-7+ darts and lobbing them at a bullseye, hoping that one might stick. Yikes! 

Homeopathy is an individualized medicine. While it would be convenient to give everyone the same homeopathic medicine for their stomach bug, cough, or allergies; the truth is, we all experience the world around us differently. As a classical homepath, I see combination remedies as a shortcut, and an attempt to make a homeopathic system of medicine fit into an allopathic world. It simply isn't helpful.

Bach Flower Therapy is a system of flower and plant-based remedies. It was developed in the 1930's by Dr. Edward Bach to support the body emotionally and transform suffering to restore a state of wellbeing and peace. The most widely known is Bach's Rescue Remedy. This is known to aid those with stress and anxiety. But it doesn't stop there, we like to use it for physical ailments as well such as recovery from a frenectomy, and a nasty head collision of two littles at a water park. a few drop on the bridge of the nose, stopped the bleeding in its tracks.

No. However, some clients have reported that they have gotten reimbursed from their insurance companies for a homeopathic consultation. A Health Savings Account (HSA) can often be used to pay for homeopathic care. Please check with your provider, I do not have access to that information.
